          "text": "Yesod at least is indeed, uh, (ducking a surefire spelling error) what you\nsaid.  My limited knowledge of the sefirah is from Umberto Eco's FOUCAULT'S\nPENDULUM, which explains all ten of them; I suggest you read it a) because\nit answers your question and b) because it is a work of magnificence\ncomparable to THE BOOK OF THE NEW SUN.\n\nMind you, it's not SF.\n\nJon"

          "text": "Changing the topic somewhat (well, okay, completely):\n\nReading \"Castle of the Otter\" for the first time, a few weeks back, I\ndiscovered Mr. Wolfe's unfortunate taste for name puns.  (\"Carrol of\nanother kind\", crimony....)  I got to wondering if he buried any name puns\nin \"New Sun\", and then it hit me:\n\nChapter One of \"Shadow of the Torturer\" revolves around GRAVE ROBBERS.\n\nIs my sick mind inventing a joke that Wolfe really didn't intend to put in\nthere?  It's been bothering me for some reason.  And I haven't been helped\nby the fact that \"Long Sun\" features a \"Dr. Crane\" ....\n\nWhat do you think?"
