          "text": "Tangentially related to the \"Elephant & Castle\" thread . . .\n\nHey, can anybody help me answer this question:\n\nI'm looking for a Latin inscription on a marble arch, probably either\nthe Marble Arch or the Wellington Arch (commemerating Waterloo?),\nboth on the borders of Hyde Park.\n\nI want the full Latin inscription, and a translation would be handy,\ntoo.
