          "text": "Several things, one: Thanks for all the input about GW's \npolitics.\n\nTwo: This is probably one of the more wacky theories put \nforward, and I havent got my copy of the book in front of \nme to check this, but has anyone noticed the similarities \nbetween Gurloes and the Autarch? The passage where Gurloes \nis described, which paints him as one of the most \nintriguing minor figures of the book, talks about his \nmannerisms and particularly bright eyes. When Sev then goes \nto the house Azure, his description of the Autarch is \nbasically the same - and he mentions something about \nrecognising the mannerisms, but being unable to place them. \nIs it Gurloes who later has to use the prosthetic phallus, \nor is that Palaemon ? \nJust a thought.\n\nJim Russell\n-----------\nUniversity of Exeter"
