Fishing through shelves of tattered paperbacks in \ncramped book stores is hobby of mine, but Gene Wolfe always seems scarce. \nThat's why I was so excited to find both Claw of the Conciliator and \nNightside the Long Sun at a store on vacation this past weekend. I buy them \neven though I own them in trade paperback form because, although I try to get \nothers to read Gene Wolfe, I hate lending out my Lupine tomes. This way, I \nhave used doubles to let them borrow. But\nyou're right, Wolfe is mostly not one of the authors who turns up a\nlot used. A fair bit of _New Sun_. Last summer, SoHo Books (of that\nilk) had quite a stash: _Castle_, _Storeys_, _Peace, _Devil_, _Doctor\nDeath_, I forget what else, all like new. When I'd finished\nthat, I went back to the bookstore to find nothing used but\nthe second book.
