Let's face it, arguing about the size is pretty \nfruitless without the sizes in real units; we are just guessing.\nI don't think this really puts the nail in the coffin for Blue=Ushas. \nRemember how at one point the narrator says we only have to think of three \nwhorls to solve the mystery of the inhumu? Then why does Juganu claim \"We are \neverywhere!\" I believe that the previous statement can still apply - and how \ndo we reconcile them? By making only three whorls total. Oh well. He was\non Blue and looking at Green. What he says is: \"Our Green is not as big as\ntheirs, but ours was plenty bright.\" (366) So, Lune appears bigger to Hoof\nthan Green does when viewed under similar conditions, but that hardly makes\nLune \"much bigger\" than Green. As you have noted, Lune was closer to Urth in\nSev's day than Moon is to Earth in ours, which is sufficient reason for us,\nthe readers, to account for it appearing larger in Urth's sky than it does\nnow. But Hoof doesn't know that--he can't. If Hoof was viewing the same\nobject (Lune/Green) from the same platform (Urth/Blue), as you contend, it\nshould appear to him as the same size--everything else being equal. What\nisn't equal, at least for Green and Blue, is the six-year cycle of\nconvergence/divergence.
