I finished _The Wizard_ on Sunday.

Perhaps if we send messages as we finish, we'll be able to gauge when 
it's OK to start discussion.

Could we set a date?  Say, the first of the new year?

I'm in the middle of about four books but I don't want to miss anything good.

I've started it, but (judging for previous Wolfe works) I might want to
re-read the whole 2 volumes before saying anything certain. First of the
Year sounds good to me.
