It is a\n   preserved corpse of an office.\n\n2) the nails are also somewhat cruel, reminding us of \"A Christmas\n   Carol\"'s ghost Morely, who says he \"wears the chains he forged \n   in life\".  Weer is nailed to his memos.\n\n       -John"
