The gender is wrong, the gunsel is not described as small, and besides, didn't Reis say he looked into Margaret's background and knows she wouldn't steal the bracelet? That's not very consistent with her attempted murder of Chase. Regardless of how it fits, I like the possibility that Reis checked out Margaret and knows she wouldn't steal the bracelet---because she's Cassie. ---
