But I disagree that he and\n\nfootball have a relationship to these BotNS characters.\n\n\nMythological Typhon is a multi-headed monster representing storm winds.\n\nHis wife is Echidna, a cave-dwelling snakey sort of female. Together\n\nthey are \"The Mother and Father Of All Monsters\". Their Whorl children\n\nare all named for mythological monsters.\n\n\nTyphon is found on Urth. Scylla, in one form or another, is found on \n\nUrth. I see no reason against Echidna also also being found on Urth.\n\nAre there any cave-dwelling snakey females on Urth who are associated\n\nwith human sacrifice?  Yep.\n\n\nAs previously mentioned, the mythological link between the Cumaean Sibyl\n\nand Echidna is the Pythian Oracle. It is Apollo who ties these two\n\noracles together, not to mention the cave and snake."
