          "text": "Like Mr. Lebling aka Vizcacha, I also ordered the\n_Dying Earth_ omnibus.  The pleasure of these tales\nremains undimmed though I first discovered them while\nconsiderably shorter.  But a spaceship?  Heehee,\nhopefully it will lead more people to sample its\nriches than the  magical spacecastle or something too\nfantasyesque.  Someone has probably already brought\nthis up, but there is a truly neato (and a bit\nWolfean) webpuzzle out there called _Planetarium_ at\nwww.beholder.com (I think that's right-might be\nco.uk).  I think it will appeal to most denizens of\nthis list, since it involves surreal plot convolutions\nand imagery, plus a bonanza of embedded and entwined\nword and logic puzzles-whoopee!  Best of all, it comes\nin 12 weekly installments, so by the time you're\nthrough, RTTW should be around.  I surely have high\nhopes for RTTW...the Short Sun series, while\nundisputably the work of a master, has so far given me\nbrain cramps, as well as leaving me emotionally\nchilly.  Well, I suppose Wolfe had been spoiling me. \nI do love the series, but it's a different sort of\nlove.  BTW, I just read _The Gift_ by Patrick O'Leary,\nand then promptly reread it.  Wow.  Thank you, sir."
