An acquaintance of mine, who shall remain nameless,
has the following to say about IN GREEN'S JUNGLES:

...I've had the
opportunity to read it in a galley-ized typescript,
and it's great, and in
a strange way less sad than On Blue's Waters or
Strange Travelers, though
full of awful events; all shaping up to a fantastic
finish in the third
volume--but also very disarranged chronologically,
more so than ever, and
full of mysteries and conundrums as you would expect...
