This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything
here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer
encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the
archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those
repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is
for. Email addresses are obscured here as they are everywhere else on the site,
so it is before our repairs rather than byte for byte.

I answered my own question =20 when a search turned up this site. http://www.sfsite.com/isfdb-bin/exact_author.cgi?Gene_Wolfe I went out hunting in several local used book and magazine stores and =20 found Weird Tales, Spring 1988 - The Gene Wolfe edition. It includes =20 'Mary Beatrice Smoot Friarly, SPV', 'At the Point of Capricorn', 'The Boy =20 Who Hooked the Sun', 'The Dead Man', 'John K. (Kinder) Price', and 'The =20 Other Dead Man'. Best of all there is a very good interview here as =20 well. I also found Asimov's Science Fiction, October/November 1996 with =20 'Try and Kill It'. I'm looking forward to going again next weekend with =20 a more complete list from this site. *More Wolfe info & archive of this list at http://www.urth.net/urth/
