Vonnegut (1922-2007)

This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for. We've lost another master.  Vonnegut's works are a pure pleasure to
read.  A very different style than Wolfes, but Vonnegut is one of my
favourite writers of all time.

I had an opportunity to go hear Kurt Vonnegut speak.  He was as funny,
smart and witty in person as he is in his books.  I'll miss him
greatly.
