5HOC - no. 5, Marsch, Eastwind and Sandwalker

Jeff Wilson · 10 May 2007, 14:06 · from 2007-May.txt.gz

This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for. Email addresses are obscured here as they are everywhere else on the site, so it is before our repairs rather than byte for byte.

Perhaps _VRT_ imitates the cat to bite Marsch, then waits a day or two
to make sure the sample takes and he can now imitate Marsch, then kills
him? The other accounts of abo imitations that come to mind seem to take
a cerain amount of time and involve blood being drawn, or at least don't
rule it out.
