A Question

This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for. Email addresses are obscured here as they are everywhere else on the site, so it is before our repairs rather than byte for byte.

Yeah, it's Carver or Cthulhu for many. Sorry, I'm
reading Brian Lumley's Titus Crow series right now and
I couldn't resist. It's real potboiler stuff
(seemingly on purpose) but pretty entertaining and I'm
suspecting it might be subtler than it appears. Sadly,
I only have the second and third omnibus, but I
thought that might be a fun way to tackle a series.
Like catching a movie in the middle and only finally
seeing the beginning years down the road.
