The Morality of the Hierogrammates

This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything
here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer
encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the
archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those
repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is
for. Email addresses are obscured here as they are everywhere else on the site,
so it is before our repairs rather than byte for byte.

If one makes the assumption that Earth and Urth are the same, there simply doesn't seem to be enough water on Earth to drown the Andes mountains. If you assume Earth is Urth, then you can actually examine "scientific" Biblical flood literature (of which there's a surprisingly large amount), and there it's worth noting that no one has been able to suggest a scientific explanation for the flood, though not for lack of trying. If Urth isn't Earth, then I suppose it's not a meaningful question to ask anymore. Does Abaia really have tidal power devices? I have no idea what that guy is capable of. For the record, I'm perfectly fine with calling the white fountain a miracle - it, its creation, and movement, are not physically explainable What I'm trying to get at is that the flood is also a "miracle", and the two aren't tied together by anything necessary.
