How list works and questions to mailers

This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for. Email addresses are obscured here as they are everywhere else on the site, so it is before our repairs rather than byte for byte.

Certainly delightful to see some humour (I'm in the UK right now...) on the list..
Actually, "Gojiro" is a novel by...Mark Jacobson (OK, I googled it) and it's pretty good.

If I mentioned my affection for asian cinema in general and some of the last Godzilla movies NO-ONE on this list would take me seriously...but it's nice to have fun once in a while!

Michael Moorcock wrote a bunch of lyrics for them and also contributed
some bass lines, I believe.
