Other SF writers? (Was: How list works andquestions

This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for. Email addresses are obscured here as they are everywhere else on the site, so it is before our repairs rather than byte for byte.

Sure, Christian organizations have also committed vast crimes. I have no
problem admitting that. I'm a Jew, you silly person.

I do think however, and have no problem arguing the proposition that if
you compare the two the Christians come off a lot better. I am sure that
we would have no problem finding advocates of both positions on the list,
politics is a recurring theme in Gene Wolfe's work and in SF generally, we
are all presumably civilized adults here, I don't see any reason why
ideological and political discussion has no place on this list.
