This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for. Just for the record, Lt. Kyle is the human leader of the robotic soldiers
of "the HORARS of War" (1970). Then there's "The Death of Hyle" (1974),
certainly a peculiar fragment. "Hues," with its Kyle, is 1987.

And---whadyaknow---the generic pulp biochemist with the beautiful daughter
in "The Last Thrilling Wonder Story" (1982) is named Dr. (Charles) Crane!
