Inhuma on Urth?

This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for. Another question that struck me recently - are there Inhuma on Urth?
When Baldanders/Talos and Severian/Jolenta/Dorcas part in the woods after the staging of the play at House Absolute Jolenta is bitten in the night by some creature.
Shortly afterwards the group meet the witches and participate in the ritual with the necromancer/vivimancer.  During this incident Severian sees the old woman as a reptile wrapped around a stick.
Could this be an inhuma?
