Where was Rian born? (AEG Spoilers)

This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. It could also be the spirit of Bill Reis, appearing as Vince Palma to 
avoid causing her too much grief. There are many connections between 
Reis and Palma; he seems almost like an alter-ego (but they are seen 
together on p. 68, so it's not an identity).

Here's another image connection I just noticed:
"The high king's wife was the high queen... Her head was on fire." (p. 226)
"..his headdress... was now of leaping flame." (P. 285).
