This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for. Email addresses are obscured here as they are everywhere else on the site, so it is before our repairs rather than byte for byte.

Friends,

I've just recently returned to my home from a vacation to the southern stat=
es.
While there, I read _Peace,_ and I have no idea what it was about. Is Alden
Dennis Weer a time traveller? Is he dead? Who is the woman who some readers
think he killed?

About the only thing I did understand about _Peace_ are the many references=
 to
and borrowings from Jorge Luis Borges.

Any help on understanding this difficult tome would be appreciated!
