This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for. Email addresses are obscured here as they are everywhere else on the site, so it is before our repairs rather than byte for byte.

Sure. The only question is, WHICH Apocalypse will we be sick of? There are so many to choose from!

Interesting bit about the Hopi. I wonder if Inca beliefs correspond at all. It's true that Sirius is blue ... and as the brightest star, it is important in many traditional astronomies.

as I was watching this 2012 thing, I wondered if we won't all be completely sick of cataclysmic transformation prophesies if nothing happens on 12/21/2012)  It's sort of funny seeing this stuff on TV, it's been an underground meme for so long, but now we've all got Armageddon Fever.
