This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything
here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer
encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the
archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those
repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is
for. Email addresses are obscured here as they are everywhere else on the site,
so it is before our repairs rather than byte for byte.

Incidentally, understanding that the Rajan is time-traveling through Viron makes viable my personal opinion about the identity of Hyacinth's "father" (an employee at the Juzgado whom Silk mentions that he met with but whom never makes an "on-screen" appearance--even at the wedding). It was the Rajan again. Silk's mother wanted him to take that career path rather than the priesthood, and he himself muses that that he should have gone that way. So the Rajan takes advantage of dream-travel to finally realize that hope. And that is why Wolfe played peak-a-boo with this apparently significant character.
