This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything
here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer
encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the
archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those
repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is
for. Email addresses are obscured here as they are everywhere else on the site,
so it is before our repairs rather than byte for byte.

Probably. I did want to make one other point of moderately general interest, which is that Steve Jackson has developed "GURPS Lite", a boiled-down version of GURPS in 24 pages, designed to be included in worldbooks deemed to be of interest to an audience beyond hardened role-players.=20 The first product to include the GURPS Lite rules was _GURPS Discworld_, the sourcebook for role-playing in Terry Pratchett's famous light fantasy world.=20 _GURPS New Sun_ with _GURPS Light_ rules seems like a good book for crossover sales to an sf reader of a certain type....
