Spam question

Craig Brewer · 11 Aug 2010, 16:14 · from 2010-August.txt.gz

This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for. Email addresses are obscured here as they are everywhere else on the site, so it is before our repairs rather than byte for byte.

Thanks for the info. It's just me (or just yahoo). I added a filter just to move
anything with "urth" to the Inbox...simple fix if anyone else has the same
problem since yahoo doesn't seem to allow a lot of user modification of what
counts as spam.

Oddly enough, the only ones that I ever caught in my spam filter were
Josh's. I told gmail to knock it off, and it did.

But the rest of them get through fine.
