Neighbors & Trees/Ash & Vine

James Wynn · 02 Dec 2010, 07:05 · from 2010-December.txt.gz

This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for. Email addresses are obscured here as they are everywhere else on the site, so it is before our repairs rather than byte for byte.

As I said, I believe the Rajan when he says that the Neighbors came from
Blue. Point made. But the fact that there are lots of trees means
nothing...zero. I'm not sure why you think it does. The Neighbors who
were wiped out would not have been destroyed in their tree form. Their
corporal forms would have continued to live on. That's what happens when
you die in soul travel. Your body lives on and your soul dies. The dead
Neighbors would have become nothing but regular ol' trees, right?
