This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything
here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer
encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the
archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those
repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is
for. Email addresses are obscured here as they are everywhere else on the site,
so it is before our repairs rather than byte for byte.

Frank Stockton? Do you have the title? I can't remember anymore, it was several years ago. I'm not sure the style was Stockton's - who, by the way, I should probably read one of these days, I think I browsed in translation ages back. > --- On *Thu, 12/2/10, Ant?nio Pedro Marques /<entonio at gmail.com>/* wrote: > > > From: Ant?nio Pedro Marques <entonio at gmail.com> > Subject: Re: (urth) Academic commentary > To: "The Urth Mailing List" <urth at lists.urth.net> > Date: Thursday, December 2, 2010, 11:53 AM > > > > (Whose was that old story in which an atheist managed to become Pope?) > > _______________________________________________ > Urth Mailing List > To post, write urth at urth.net </mc/compose?to=urth at urth.net> > Subscription/information: http://www.urth.net > > > > _______________________________________________ > Urth Mailing List > To post, write urth at urth.net > Subscription/information: http://www.urth.net
