Dionysus, the mausoleum

This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for. Email addresses are obscured here as they are everywhere else on the site, so it is before our repairs rather than byte for byte.

I think all of of us are disappointed that the text seems to present very different mausoleums.
It isn't argued against based on aesthetics. Aesthetically, I think everyone wants it to be, but it seems like Wolfe chose differently for whatever reason.

In another book he takes Scylla to a mausoleum that winds up to be the one of some of Typhon's family that could possibly explain why Sev's face was there and how he is related to everybody in the whorl ................ but instead, nope, just two different mausoleums. Not happy with that answer. :( Not at all.
