This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for. Email addresses are obscured here as they are everywhere else on the site, so it is before our repairs rather than byte for byte.

Or, Jordan, as is commonly supposed, the creation story of the bible is an amalgamation of at least two different sources, one of which is babylonian (ie - its just a retelling of another old myth - what makes the older one any truer?)? The bible has disparate sources, too.

Considering the Epic of Gilgamesh gives the story of?Utnapishtim and a global flood far older than the old testament, and yet very similar in detail, I'd say it's something that goes beyond biblical veracity and just into probable ancient history.
