This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for. There is another interpretation available from this quotation: that
the Shadow Children, telepathic, are descended from a race that was
_not_ telepathic, and travels between the stars. Whether or not this
race originated on Earth (in Atlantis, Mu, etc.), it is a race that
humans have not yet encontered.

That's how I read it anyway. Whether the O.W.O. is telling the truth
(as he knows it) or not is another question.
