This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for. I would like to go back and reread Sandman. I didn't care for most of the artwork (excepting McKean's covers) but the writing was phenomenal, and clearly has a similar love for ancient myth and Borgesian mindfucks. I read it all in high school though, so I don't know how it holds up today.  Haven't read his novels.
