Wanted: Info on Wraeththu

This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for. Email addresses are obscured here as they are everywhere else on the site, so it is before our repairs rather than byte for byte.

I saw at Barnes & Noble the other day the Orb one-volume reissue of=20
_Wraeththu_ by Storm Constantine, and have thought about buying it. I notic=

it is similar to stories like the BotNS and _Dying Earth_ in that it takes=20
place in a far future Earth different and yet similar to our own. Has anyon=

on this list read it? Maybe you could inform me as to whether to buy it or=20
not. Orb reissues as supposedly the classics of science fiction, but I hadn=
't=20
previously heard of this book.
