This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for. If you haven't picked up on it already, I suspect it is not an either/or 
choice.

I see it differently. Wolfe says the best villians fall just _short_ of 
being a hero.
 From another POV, and for some people, I think he _was_ a hero. It's 
very relative.
What was every other leader on Urth like at the time?
