AUGH!

This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything
here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer
encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the
archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those
repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is
for. Email addresses are obscured here as they are everywhere else on the site,
so it is before our repairs rather than byte for byte.

The MIS people > who bought them immediately renamed 'em after Peanuts characters, of > course. Life just is not fair. Which of course gets one thinking: Charlie Brown - Severian Lucy - Thecla Sally - Merryn Snoopy - Triskele Linus - Jonas Pigpen - Hethor Peppermint Patty - Agia Miss Othmar - Malrubius Lex Shellac, contemplating Charlie Brown (after eating Lucy's brain) pulling the football away at the last minute from himself. p.s. I've heard the names "Dorcas" and "Ultan" on television within the last week. The latter on CNN I think, though I don't recall where the person was from.
