Wolfe's brilliance or my denseness?

This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for. But what do we really know about this Marc Aramini fellow, throwing around terms like that? hmmm he's a suspicious one, isn't he?  

Anybody read Wolfe's new story Josh in Al Sarrantino's Portents Anthology from, I think, Flying Fox Publisher?  Maybe Mark from Arizona in the story and Marc from Arizona have shared a similar fate. [spoilers not included here]
