Problematic element in chronology - Red Giants

This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for. I'm also sure that Wolfe read Hakwing in the 70's, because Hawking 
discovered that small black holes evaporate in 1974, disappearing in a 
final burst of radiation. They could be formed in the big bang, but 
wouldn't have lasted until the present day, unless they happened to find 
their way to a place of high density matter to increase rate elementary 
particles managed to hit their tiny event horizons. A place like a 
stellar interior.
