This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything
here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer
encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the
archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those
repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is
for. Email addresses are obscured here as they are everywhere else on the site,
so it is before our repairs rather than byte for byte.

I like to download and format the Urth and Whorl=20 digests using a Word processor so that I can bind them together and=20 put them on my bookshelf. I have up to volume 25 and as I wanted to=20 refer to the fight I started in volume 26 I tried to download it. Now=20 no matter how hard I try to save it in text only format it still=20 actually saves it in html format - which then produces a zillion=20 codes when I load the file into Word. If I could even find a way of=20 deleting all html codes I'd be happy. Can any of you explain to me where I'm going wrong? Best to reply to=20 me off-list....
