This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for. Sorry if this have been brought up before.

Septimius Severus's triumphal arch in Leptis Magna (Libya) is an arcus 
quadrifons, i.e. a square with an arch in each side. I don't know whether 
such arches were normal or rare; another one is one that is tought to have 
been erected by Constantine, but for no known purposes.
