Evidence of Christianity in Urth's past?

This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for. Email addresses are obscured here as they are everywhere else on the site, so it is before our repairs rather than byte for byte.

It has been established that Dorcas's family made enamelled crucifixes.
Likewise, that the pelerines are a band of Red Cross women (battlefield
healers), and they use a cross form on their letters (the "narthex sigil of
the order").

(Greg Feeley used these points to extrapolate that the pelerines bought
their crucifixes from the family of Dorcas whenever they were in Nessus;
this family connection/association then facilitates the meeting between
Catherine and Ouen.)

So yes: a form of Christianity played a part in Urth's past, in the
teaching and church of the Conciliator (at the very least); and was so long
ago that it has been all but forgotten.
