Like a good Neighbor

Lee Berman · 26 Nov 2011, 04:44 · from 2011-November.txt.gz

This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for. Email addresses are obscured here as they are everywhere else on the site, so it is before our repairs rather than byte for byte.

Oops, forgot to mention- the escape velocity inhumi would have to generate would

be roughly 40,000 km/hr (25,000 mph). Now peregrine falcons have been clocked at

300 km/hr, in a dive. Those clever inhumi manage to go 100x faster in a climb.

And they don't even look like they can fly as well as birds. More like bats.

FWIW.
