Trial summer project short story: Easter Sunday

This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. There's a tradition in some medieval texts and late medieval morality plays that the devil limps when he's in disguise because he's got hooves instead of feet. And unless I'm completely wrong, it's not in Milton.
