This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for. Email addresses are obscured here as they are everywhere else on the site, so it is before our repairs rather than byte for byte.

Marc,

I just want to voice my appreciation for this summer project of yours. Normally I scan the list-serve emails pretty quickly for Wolfe news, but I'm stopping to read each of your story posts. They're a great walk through Wolfe, and I hope you keep them up. One question: you mention where the stories are originally published, but can you also mention where they are collected? Perhaps you've already commented on this, but the stories you've outlined so far are unfamiliar to me. Are they uncollected? Are they available online?
