This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. I am fairly confident that English title is also playing with Gaelic fairies' designation as the people of peace / people of the mound. Shithe/sidhe --- 
Besides the obvious connotation
Weer is quite literally a person of the mound as he narrates.
