Urth Digest, Vol 116, Issue 20

Eric Bourland · 18 Apr 2014, 21:16 · from 2014-April.txt.gz

This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for. Email addresses are obscured here as they are everywhere else on the site, so it is before our repairs rather than byte for byte.

Every time they have an open call for questions .... :/

At last May's Nebulas they had a q and a and some off the wall questions
from the audience. I loved how when the question was asinine Wolfe would
just answer with an awesome non sequitur, like telling a story about riding
a runaway horse jumping over a chasm or a cow falling off a cliff as he
drove by.
