One-Two-Three for Me

This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for. Email addresses are obscured here as they are everywhere else on the site, so it is before our repairs rather than byte for byte.

Odd "sticks." When struck they sound like telephone bleeps.
Dunno if I've ever encountered sticks like these.

My suspicion, given the gloomy

Like CordwainerSmith's "instrumentality of mankind," perhaps.

Sounds good. Also, the phone number of the Ruler in "Westwind"
predominates in 7s. 123 =3D 6. Biblically, 6 (and 666, of course) are
inadequate and flawed numbers, speaking of the death-judgment against Adam,
who was created on the sixth day. But your suggestion sounds better; though
both might be in view.
