This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for. Email addresses are obscured here as they are everywhere else on the site, so it is before our repairs rather than byte for byte.

	I did not find an implication of ennui in "And When They Come." Open to
being shown, of course. The father simply kills himself and tries to kill
his family. I took it that there was a societal breakdown, and roving bands
of marauders were on the march, and the father was in despair. Moreover,
the father brought home some chemical from work, whereas in "OneTwoThree
for Me," the situation seems quite different. Same world? I'm having
trouble making such a connection. Open to correction. Write back.
