This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Gen 9:11 in the Revised Standard Version Catholic Edition has: "I establish
my covenant with you, that never again shall all flesh be cut off by the
waters of a flood, and never again shall there be a flood to destroy the
earth."  This flood neither killed everyone nor destroyed the earth, so it
would seem to be ok regardless of who was responsible.
