This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. I think rather the Increate need not take a direction because He wills 
the directions into being, and is already omnipresent along all the 
directions thusly created.

However, Severian, Tzadkerbell, and the Green Man each turn to face into 
the past, so they may make choices that branch into the past as that is 
where their personal futures lie. Master Ash pointedly does not enjoy 
this privilege, and vanishes when Severian tries to force it on him.
