This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for. Email addresses are obscured here as they are everywhere else on the site, so it is before our repairs rather than byte for byte.

The answer to your question is yes and no. There is a Crowley=20
discussion group* on line, but there hasn't been much discussion for=20
quite a while. This is at least partly because there are only seven=20
members in the group right now, which seems to be below the critical=20
mass.

This group is in the form of a Yahoo! Club. You can receive messages=20
by email but you have to visit the web site to post messages.=20
However, the emails contain links to take you directly to the proper=20
web page. You can see the archive of the messages so far at the link=20

If you want to join you will have to send an email to Teresa Toro,=20
the club founder, asking her to invite you.

And now my apologies to the list. I know some of you have already=20
received invitations to join this "club;" I am sorry if my bringing=20
it up again is inconvenient or annoying. I am posting this message to=20
the list because I know there are many who did not receive an=20
invitation, especially lurkers. I apologize for cross-posting this=20
message, but I want to make sure that I reach people who may only be=20
subscribed to the Urth list and are interested in signing up.

I think this has the potential to lead to a good discussion group,=20
despite the off-putting fact that is it called a club and the=20
off-putting commercial connotations of it being associated with=20
Yahoo!, but it seems certain that it will only work if there are more=20
members.
